Capital One | 将开设两间自己的机场休息室 DFW & IAD
具体情况如下：
- Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW) lounge will open in late summer 2021 and be ~10,000 square feet. Lounge will be located in Terminal D near Gate 22
- Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) lounge will open in 2022 and be ~9,000 square feet. Lounge will be located near the security check point.

【原始快讯】Chase开始执行Cash-like Transactions条款（属于Cash Advance）
Chase之前在信用卡条款中增加了Cash-like Transactions说明，并且会判定为Cash Advance消费，有高额利息。这里消费范围比较复杂，直接看图吧：
根据DOC的消息，近期这个条款已经开始执行了。美国V/M对于Cash Advance的条款限制比较严格，相反Amex则不怎么敏感，同样不免感的还有中国大陆的VISA Master，你拿着国卡在美国线下使用，有些特殊的地方，还是蛮不错的。
