Discover信用卡的Financial Review经历分享

笔者“命运多舛”，经常被杀或FR。这次轮到Discover也来Financial Review（FR）我了，Discover的FR很少见，因此分享一下。

背景

笔者一直有两张Discover it季度5%信用卡，其中一张由1.5x的Discover Miles通过在线自助转卡而来。近期刷Discover Miles转卡的这张比较多，大概cycle了2次额度。之后某一天发现此卡似乎刷不动了。

一开始也没在意，Discover经常刷不动。想着等一段也许就自己好了。然而…

发现被FR

很快，收到一封邮件（不是Discover发来的），更像是EQ发来的，第一时间被我无视了。

标题：

Verification Services Has Sent You IRS Consent Form 4506-C to Sign

图如下，笔者一开始并不知道是Discover的邮件，完全当作垃圾邮件了，只有图中红框显示：Discover Financial Services requires your consent to receive tax information from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to verify information on your account. Within 5 days, please click the ‘Review and sign’ link above to provide consent via IRS Form 4506-C.

由于没处理，之后登陆网银发现此卡状态不对，图如下，让你验证recent purchases，但是点击进去没用，无法验证。（注意，仅仅此卡被冻结，其他一切正常）。

到这一步，笔者知道账户出问题了。

解决FR

首先打卡背面电话。第一次打是在晚上，客服告知负责这个的部门晚上不上班，第二次白天打，告诉机器人卡被被冻结了，马上转接到该部门的大妈。

客服大妈告诉我，我们给你发了IRS税表查看申请的4506-C，你没回复，所以卡被冻结了（其实应该是同步发生的）。我说我没看到了。大妈说马上给你补发一份，需要在2月24日处理完毕（5天内）。

然后就再次看到上述邮件，这下反应过来了，仔细看了这封“垃圾邮件”，才真正明白是被FR了。要求如下：

只需在线要签名即可（e-signature）。文件密码是zipcode+SSN后四位。
如果前两年的地址与现在有变动，需要注明。
之后，等待Discover通知，跟Amex的FR很像。

Please follow the steps below:

Upon clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter a Password. The Password is the 5-digit zip code on file with your Discover card account, followed by the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). For example, if the zip code on file is 12345 and the last 4 of your SSN is 0000, you need to enter the password as 123450000.
Complete Line 4 ONLY if the address listed on your last filed tax return is different than Line 3 (current address on file with Discover).
To complete the form, you must provide your e-signature.

我们再来看下这个4506-C，4506-C就是Amex以前的4506-T，今年改版了而已。
