今年Amex已经很给力了，给了大家不少福利，尤其是白金卡：
福利还在继续，AMEX 将在 4 月 1 日给一系列卡增加 Phone Protection（手机保险），福利介绍：
根据 AMEX 给的 Terms，可以补偿手机维修或者被偷的损失。PDF原件参考：
覆盖范围：Stolen or damage

报销额度：$800 ($50 deductible)；每张卡每年最多 claim 两次
- 生效时间：交话费后的下一个月1号
- 其他限制：需在90天内提交claim
英文原文：
- Reimbursement for the actual cost to repair or replace a Stolen or damaged Eligible Cellular Wireless Telephone.
- The maximum liability is $ 800, per claim, per Eligible Card Account. Each claim is subject to a $ 50 deductible.
- Coverage is limited to two (2) claims per Eligible Card Account per 12 month period
- Your coverage is suspended beginning the first day of the calendar month following the month of nonpayment to your Eligible Card Account;
- Your coverage resumes on the first day of the calendar month following the date of any future payment of your Eligible Cellular Wireless Telephone bill using your Eligible Card Account.
另外，需要在事情发生的 90 天内 claim。
这些信用卡包括卡有：
- Amex Centurion® Card 个人卡及商业卡（黑卡）
- AmEx Platinum 个人卡和商业卡 ( 包括 Schwab, Morgan Stanley等联名卡)
- Amex Delta Platinum 个人和商业卡
- Amex Delta Reserve 个人和商业卡
条款没有限制需要发生在美国境内，所以你在美国境外出现手机被盗或者维修，也是可以提交申请的，至于能不能获得保险，YMMV（个人认为没问题）。
长期适合在美国境外使用的电话卡包括：
Google Fi：境外流量好帮手（久不回美国会黑），支持Wifi-Calling、eSim；

Mint Mobile：$15/月（给力的refer政策），支持Wifi-Calling、eSim；

Ultra PayGo Plan：$3/月（支持Wifi-Calling、100min电话、100条短信）。
你可以缴纳这些话费，尤其是Ultra PayGo，在刚需使用的同时，也相当于给自己手机买份保险。以iPhone 为例，如果出现维修，送到Apple Store进行，到时候可能需要随同上传一份维修的翻译文件。
